Prepare Yourself!


*Start preparing spiritually, mentally and physically for the Daniel Fast. *Start drinking more water and fresh foods and backing off of the sugars and the caffeine's in coffee, carbonated drinks. *Start cleaning out your food pantry of the sugar, high fat foods to avoid and collecting items that are organic and healthy on our list! *This will help you to have less of a reaction when you start full time on the Daniel Fast.
